I have always battled my weight over the years in fact I had a business associate who even referred to me as “fluffy.” This summer with the help of my trainer I am going to go through a strict regiment to help me get my weight under control. In a nutshell I am looking at a complete life makeover.

It is Friday and also the start of the memorial weekend and I am finding just about everyone took today off to start a long memorial weekend. My calls are done but before I shut down for the weekend I wanted to share a link with you that I received.

An Anchorage couple decided to build a sturdy, colorful playground for their 3 and 4 year old sons, with smooth-stone gravel all around it to avoid knee scrapes and other injuries. The morning after completing the playground look what they found using the equipment.
